Stupid Is As Stupid Wants You to Do

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on giving billions of your tax dollars to giant corporations which have had their heads up their collective asses for 35 years or more:

“I believe that an intervention will happen,” Pelosi said at a briefing in Washington. “Everybody is disadvantaged by bankruptcy, including our economy, so that’s not an option.”

Pelosi is not stupid enough to actually have that shallow an understanding of bankruptcy law. But she’s sure as hell counting on you and your neighbors being that stupid and shallow.
