Keeping Their Word?

Russia is “preparing” to move its troops out of Georgia. Well, out of Georgian Georgia. Less so out of not-quite-so-Georgian Georgia regions like Abkhazia and South Ossetia.

To be fair, it took months for Putin to move everything into position to invade last August, and then a couple weeks longer to provoke Georgia into giving him a pretext for war. But it’s still fair to wonder if he’s dragging his feet.
