Friday Recipe

My bride re-invented this one from something she saw on Emeril Live, but couldn’t quite remember. I didn’t know what to call it, until I tasted it. And then, only one name would do.


Melissa’s Bowl of Lasagna

You’ll need:

1 package (a pound) of fresh fettuccini
3 links of hot Italian sausage, sliced bite-size
3 links of sweet Italian sausage, same as above
1 can pureed tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomato paste
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup of ricotta
Some olive oil

Cover the bottom of a large saut
