Bill Quick echoes my (admittedly obvious) observation last night, saying Saddam “looked like crap, didn’t he?” Then he adds:

Fox News is reporting that government officials say they now believe it was really Saddam Hussein who made the televised rant last night.

UPDATE: Fox News has reported that “government sources” think it was the genuine Saddam on television.

UPDATE: CNN has reported that “government sources” think it was a Saddam double on television.

UPDATE: Daily Pundit is reporting that the fog of war seems to be getting thicker by the moment.
