Good Man in a Storm

Calling John McCain a Republican is like accusing Zell Miller of being a Democrat — both are far cooler (and usually much smarter) than their parties.

I don’t agree with Miller’s support for Bush’s patronage staffing for DoHS, but I respect the level head he’s keeping, while Daschle screams and Bush schemes.
