Catching up on the week of news I mostly missed, everywhere I look is this picture.

You know the one — the cute little thing sitting on daddy’s shoulders, making the peace sign, and wearing a costume bomb belt.

I think rational minds can have only one response: What the fuck? I mean, exactly what the fucking fuck?

Is there an angle I missed?
