Remember the old Monty Python movie theater announcement gag? I don’t have my print edition handy, so I’ll paraphrase from memory: “Management regrets to inform you that there will be no feature presentation tonight, as it eats into the profits.”

I watch and read about that crematorium in Georgia, and all I can think is they held the same attitude about running that giant furnace.
