In this AP story, we learn that Saddam Hussein is trying to figure out how to further mobilize the Iraqi people against possible US/Coalition attacks.

First off, how do you further mobilize an already totally-militarized nation?

Second, let’s hope this means lower standards for the Republican Guards.

Third, I do believe that, if successful, we’ll simply get an even more target-rich environment. If that’s what they’re still calling it, anyway.
