Imagine Holding Antifa Terrorists to the Same Standard as Pro-Life Protesters—Here’s How That Would Work.

We hate to break it to Antifa, but these terrorists may have to play by their tribe's own rules in this anti-ICE battle they're waging with the feds. Oh, who am I kidding? It brings me GREAT PLEASURE to acquaint the Portland Antifa activists with their leftist friends' own rules—rules that will, we hope, result in their utter devastation, privation, and possibly even a stretch in federal prison.

Antifa's Portland franchise has been relentlessly attacking the ICE headquarters in the Rose City. Every night, there's a riot outside of the office. Encampments have been set up, ripped down by police, and re-erected, as masked terrorists pummel the ICE building with fireworks (think Portland's federal building in 2020), vandalism, and fire setting.

And there's also a little levity with this apparent teacher showing off her mad lecturing skills on a bullhorn.

This battle is being waged by the usual crowd in Portland, the Antifa anarchist monkey wrenchers. Their motto is, "No borders, no walls, no USA at all!! No one is illegal on stolen f***ing land!"

Note that the "destroy ICE" communistas in Portland want an end to the United States.

I reported earlier in the story "Can The DOJ Finally RICO Antifa NOW? This Move by Antifa Against ICE Might Be the Last Straw" that Antifa has been doxxing ICE agents, showcasing "wanted poster" photos of agents with their loved ones, revealing their home addresses, and telling them in Spanish to eff off. The same wanted posters are being put on poles near the agents' homes.

As a reminder to Antifa, years ago, an anti-abortion group put out wanted-like posters of abortion doctors on a website in Portland. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that putting the photos, addresses, and other information about abortion doctors was a "true threat" of harm and not political speech.

The ACLU lauded the decision. The individuals running the Nuremberg Files website, where the doxxing took place, were sued in federal court for millions of dollars. Though asked, the Supreme Court declined to take the appeal of this case. Unless another Supreme Court case has dealt with this issue, and I don't think so, that means Antifa is in big legal trouble.

The idea is to intimidate and blackmail these agents, or get them graveyard dead.

Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem announced: “We will prosecute those who dox ICE agents to the fullest extent of the law. These criminals are taking the side of vicious cartels and human traffickers. We won’t allow it in America.”

The "fullest extent of the law" should include treating Antifa in the same manner as the left treated anti-abortion protesters who doxxed abortion doctors in the late 1990s to early 2000s.

Anti-abortion activists in a group called the American Coalition of Life Activists (ACLA) in the Portland area ran a website that featured wanted posters of abortion doctors and their personal information and addresses. The local Planned Parenthood abortionists were so upset that something might happen to their doctors that a number of the physicians sued the operators of the Nuremberg Files website.

The pro-life activists claimed they'd never issued any threats, much less explicit threats, against the doctors. No one directed violence toward the doctors, they argued. They were just putting up the photos and addresses.

Using the notorious Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE) and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) statues to buttress their case, the doctors won their case, Planned Parenthood of the Columbia/Willamette Inc. v. American Coalition of Life Activists, and were granted $107 million in damages.

Not so fast, however. The ACLA appealed the decision to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, claiming they had a First Amendment right to speak out about the abortion doctors. At first, a three-judge panel agreed with the anti-abortion activists on that basis. The doctors, however, appealed and got the full court to hear their case. The court agreed with the doctors, and the FACE Act and RICO statutes beat out the First Amendment in this legal foot race.

A year later, in 2003, the pro-life activists asked the Supreme Court to rule on the case. The high court declined to hear it.

And here we are in 2025. The tables have turned. Antifa activists have added doxxing ICE agents with physical and digital wanted posters to their menu of violence.

Attorney General Pam Bondi has even more legal tools at her disposal than this, but that 9th Circuit Court of Appeals decision is still hanging out there, the law of the circuit. It would be a shame to let it go to waste.

And one more thing.

After tearing down the American flag at the Portland ICE office, the fellas put up a new one.
