7 Foul Anti-Trump Tweets From Keith Olbermann, Whom Disney Promoted While Firing Roseanne Barr

Days before Disney-ABC fired Roseanne Barr and ended her television show, another Disney Media Networks station, ESPN, extended its contract with commentator Keith Olbermann and expanded his role. If offensive tweets are Disney’s standard for firing actors, Olbermann should be gone just like Barr.

“Like Alec Baldwin, Keith Olbermann, and others, Roseanne Barr has a history of offensive, outrageous, batcrap crazy statements the left ignored,” RedState’s Erick Erickson tweeted. “But the moment she was seen as pro-Trump, it became troubling. It should have been all along.”

Former Major League Baseball pitcher and current radio host Curt Schilling also noted the Olbermann rehiring amid the Roseanne Barr scandal. He called the ESPN commentator “scum of a human.”

The irony of Disney canning Roseanne while continuing to employ some of the industries biggest racist and race baiting frauds like Jemele Hill, Bomani Jones, Steve A Smith is not lost on most. Oh and at the same time hiring a scum of a human in Keith Olbermann.

Even White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders pointed out the “double standard,” asking, “Where was the apology from Bob Iger for ESPN hiring Keith Olbermann after his numerous expletive-laced tweets attacking the president as a Nazi and even expanding Olbermann’s role after that attack to the president’s family?”

Unlike Barr, who deleted her offensive tweet and apologized for it, Olbermann seems to have stood by each of the tweets below. He has only removed the final one, which was the most egregious.

1. “Your racist, white supremacist, neo-nazi father…”

When President Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump declared that there is no place for racism, white supremacy, and neo-Nazis in American society, Olbermann responded with some rather aggressive language against the president.

2. “YOU are the leaker!”

When President Donald Trump complained about a leaker in his administration, Olbermann responded by calling him the leaker. Naturally, he had to throw in a choice expletive.

3. “MOTHERF**KING TRAITOR!”

Last May, Olbermann responded to a Trump tweet by declaring, “TO HELL WITH YOU, YOU MOTHERF**KING TRAITOR.”

4. “This Fking lying anti-Democracy Fk…”

Olbermann attacked another Trump tweet as a lie, without quotation marks. He managed to get three f-bombs in there.

5. “Go f**k yourselves…”

Olbermann responded to Sheriff Joe Arpaio tweeting, “You and [President Donald Trump] can go f**k yourselves, you racist Nazi f**ks.”

6. Hurricanes will do less harm…

The ESPN commentator attacked Education Secretary Betsy DeVos, saying that she would do more damage to schools than Hurricane Harvey.

Shortly after the white nationalist riots in Charlottesville, Va., the ESPN commentator shot off five f-bombs and six uses of the word “Nazi” in one tweet. “F**k you @RealDonaldTrump Nazi Nazi f**k Nazi Nazi RACIST Nazi BIGOT go f**k yourself f**king Nazi f**kers.”
