The LEGO Batman Movie (2017) came out last weekend, and it topped the box office, beating out Fifty Shades Darker (2017) — on Valentine’s Day weekend! As audiences leave the theater, the first thing they’re likely to do is hop on Google to see just which famous celebrities made their audio appearance in the hilarious — HILARIOUS — kids movie. (It also won the coveted 91 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.)
PJ Media made a list, so you wouldn’t have to sort through all the entries on IMDB. Here are the 20 famous voices to be heard in LEGO Batman, and the film or television series for which they are most famous.
15. Seth Green, Family Guy (1999-2017).

King Kong should have sounded very familiar — that’s because he was Seth Green, an actor and voice actor best known for his central role in the television series Family Guy. He’s also appeared in numerous other shows, like Phineas and Ferb (2012-2014), Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997-2000), and That ’70s Show (2003-2004). He also appeared in all three Austin Powers films.
14. Ellie Kemper, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (2015-2017).

Remember Phyllis? The guard of the Phantom Zone who said, “Welcome, bad guy”? That was none other than Ellie Kemper, known for the hilarious and ridiculous Netflix show Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. She also had roles in The Office (2009-2013), 21 Jump Street (2012), Bridesmaids (2011), and The Secret Life of Pets (2016).
13. Mariah Carey, Love Actually (2003).

Yes, LEGO Batman has the famous singer-songwriter Mariah Carey, and she gets to play the mayor of Gotham! Despite her vast power, however, Mayor McCaskill (no, not Sen. Claire McCaskill!) has a fairly minor role. Carey is mostly known for her music in Hollywood soundtracks, such as those for Love Actually, Oz the Great and Powerful (2013), Rush Hour (1998), and Get Him to the Greek (2010).
12. Jonah Hill, 21 Jump Street (2012).

After the painful Green Lantern (2011) flop with Ryan Reynolds, Jonah Hill brings a lighthearted voice to this much maligned D.C. Comics hero. I believe he gets all of one line, but Jonah Hill delivers. After all, this is the man famous for Superbad (2007) and The Wolf of Wall Street (2013).
11. Channing Tatum, 21 Jump Street (2012).

Channing Tatum, People‘s 2012 “Sexiest Man Alive,” will never live that down. He played Superman both in The Lego Movie and LEGO Batman, and his Fortress of (not quite) Solitude can never be breached. His most famous film appearances are in 21 Jump Street, 22 Jump Street (2014), 23 Jump … oh wait! I mean White House Down (2013), and Magic Mike (2012). No word on a standalone LEGO Superman movie.
10. Jemaine Clement, Flight of the Conchords (2007-2009).
The voice behind the Dark Lord Sauron has also been heard in The Simpsons and got his shot to stardom through the television series Flight of the Conchords. He’s also a minion in Despicable Me (2010), but his standout roles since Conchords have been Disney films: Rio (2011), Rio 2 (2014), and Moana (2016).
9. Eddie Izzard, Ocean’s Thirteen (2007).

Who played Voldemort better? Ralph Fiennes — who played the ultimate villain of Harry Potter in the films — met his match with none other than Eddie Izzard, who played the evil magician in LEGO Batman. Izzard is a man who needs no introduction — he got one in Eddie Izzard: Dress to Kill (1999) — because his most famous film appearances, Ocean’s Thirteen and Valkyrie (2008), barely scratch the surface of his history in Hollywood.
8. Billy Dee Williams, Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back (1980).

Did you recognize Two-Face Harvey Dent? That’s right, he was voiced by none other than Lando Calrissian, old buddy to the man who is perhaps Star Wars‘ most loved character, Han Solo (Harrison Ford). Williams has been surprisingly active since the Star Wars original trilogy, frequently appearing in other Star Wars spin-offs. But the reason LEGO Batman cast him as Harvey Dent is because he played Harvey Dent — in the 1989 Batman movie. (What ever happened to Aaron Eckhart?)
7. Zoë Kravitz, Mad Max: Fury Road (2015).

Yes, Catwoman was played by none other than Zoë Kravitz, one of IMDB’s top 500 stars, who is famous for many films, including the most recent Mad Max, Divergent (2014), X-Men: First Class (2011), and After Earth (2013). She will also appear in HBO’s upcoming series Big Little Lies (2017), and in the upcoming sequel to Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (2016).
6. Conan O’Brien, Late Night with Conan O’Brien (1993-2009).

Who better to play The Riddler than late night comic Conan O’Brien? The actor and writer has been active in the comedy realm since 1987, and is the writer of the new television series Conan (2010-2017).
5. Zach Galifianakis, The Hangover (2009).

It is a great and wonderful irony that Zach Galifianakis’ Joker in LEGO Batman had a much bigger role than Jared Leto’s Joker in Suicide Squad (2016). And Leto worked so hard… Galifianakis is a wonderful comedy actor and his voice proved just right for the Batman villain, especially given the unique role in this movie. All the same, no Joker will ever compete with Heath Ledger’s in The Dark Knight (2008), but then again Galifianakis (unlike Leto) doesn’t try to.
4. Ralph Fiennes, Harry Potter (2005-2011).

Yes, Alfred Pennyworth, Batman’s wonderful butler, is … LORD VOLDEMORT. (But not in this movie.) Fiennes played the ultimate villain to perfection in four Harry Potter films, and in a few other projects. He is also famous for his roles in The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014) and that haunting classic Schindler’s List (1993).
3. Rosario Dawson, Sin City (2005).

Barbara Gordon, the new girl on the block, should have reminded Netflix watchers of Daredevil (2015-2016) and Luke Cage (2016-2018). When it comes to movies, Rosario Dawson is best known for Sin City, Seven Pounds (2008), and Death Proof (2007). She has also given voice to Wonder Woman in the D.C. Comics universe.
2. Michael Cera, Juno (2007).

Did Dick Grayson’s voice sound familiar? That’s right — the lovable orphan boy was voiced by Michael Cera, the actor famous for Juno, Superbad (2007), and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010). You’d recognize that voice anywhere!
1. Will Arnett, Arrested Development (2003-2013).

Yeah, yeah, Arnett is no surprise. After all, he played Batman in The Lego Movie (2014), and that is now the film for which he is most famous. His voice acting is legendary — in Despicable Me (2010) and Ratatouille (2007) — but Arnett will always be remembered as Gob Bluth from Arrested Development.
