Obama by the Numbers

As reported by Rasmussen Reports, President Obama’s approval rating is back down to 44%.  The spread between strongly approve (23%) and strongly disapprove (43%) is -20.  The spread has not been this big since November, 2010.

Yet, numbers don’t always answer all the questions.  Questions like, who are the 23% that strongly approve, and what do they strongly approve of?
