College Defends Anti-Male, Racist Prof's Tweets

Saida Grundy, an incoming assistant professor of sociology and African-American studies at Boston University, is an obvious catch for any college in the nation.

Not necessarily because she’s a good teacher; she’s not. Nor is it the quality of her scholarship and intellect. I have no idea about either.

Rather, it is tweets like this that makes her a standout applicant for any left-wing sociology program in the country:

“White masculinity isn’t a problem for america’s colleges, white masculinity is THE problem for america’s colleges.”

Brilliant! Imagine solving all the problems with higher education in fewer than 140 characters.

Actually, Grundy is a major league twit, who is not only anti-male, but a certified, dyed-in-the-wool, four-square, in-your-face racist.

Fox News:

In another tweet from January, she wrote: “Every MLK week I commit myself to not spending a dime in white-owned businesses. and every year i find it nearly impossible.”

In another, she called white males a “problem population.”

“Why is white America so reluctant to identify white college males as a problem population?” she asked.

Well, when one in six white, college-age males are incarcerated, then perhaps we can identify them as a “problem population.”

The tweets were first noticed by student Nick Pappas, who posted them on his website “” and questioned how Grundy could be able to teach a diverse classroom given the racial hostility in her tweets.

“You have to teach college aged white males eventually, no?… this seems like you are unqualified to grade their work as you clearly demonstrate some kind of special bias against them,” he wrote.

Pappas, a junior at University of Massachusetts Amherst, told that he hopes to “show the rest of America how nasty people on the far left can get at colleges.”

Those who follow campus politics say they are not shocked.

“I’m not surprised that Boston University is hiring a racist to teach African American Studies,” David Horowitz, author of “Reforming our Univerisities” told “Anti-white racism is rampant in Black Studies programs which are generally indoctrination programs in left wing politics.”

Of course, Boston College became outraged over these racist, anti-male tweets and rescinded their offer to the good professor immediately, right?

Boston University stands by the professor, who will start working at the college in June.

“Professor Grundy is exercising her right to free speech and we respect her right to do so,” Boston University spokesman Colin Riley said.

How very brave and valiant of them. I’m assuming the next politically incorrect utterance from a white male prof will be met with the same steadfastness.

Fun question: What’s worse? The unrivaled hypocrisy of the university administration or the fact that if your white male kid is attending Boston University, they may have to endure a sociology course taught by this harridan?
