Alabama kicker Cade Foster missed a pair of kicks and had another blocked in the Crimson Tide’s stunning loss to Auburn. That loss cost the Tide a chance at another NCAA title.
But the Blaze has a note that Foster, #43 on the Bama roster, received from another 43: the former President of the United States.
Dear Cade (#43), life has it's setbacks. I know! However, you will be stronger with time..Sincerely- George Bush pic.twitter.com/jesykfKpDx

The former president’s handwritten note encourages Foster: “Dear Cade (#43), Life has its setbacks. I know! You will be a stronger human with time. I wish you all the best- Sincerely, another 43, George W. Bush.”
MSNBC religious TV host Rachel Maddow, meanwhile, has landed a new column at the Washington Post. Out of all the things in the world that Maddow could possibly write about, the failure of Obamacare, the lies of the president Maddow supports, anything at all in current events, she chose to use her inaugural column to slam George W. Bush.
Is anyone surprised here?
