Democrats argued for gun control laws after the December 2012 Newtown massacre, saying that “If it only saves one life,” then Americans should accept new limits on our Second Amendment rights. They do not apply the same logic to a case in which many, many more lives might be saved. In fact, when they’re confronted with their own logic, Democrats are reduced to stammering idiocy and calling a convicted murderer a “gentleman.”
