Al Qaeda Bar Inside the DOJ

I was on Fox and Friends this weekend talking about President Obama’s promotion of Tony West to the number three position at the Department of Justice.  West, and his firm, hav a long history of supporting radical terrorists in court, and not just in criminal or detainee proceedings.  West personally represented American Taliban John Walker Lindh and shilled for Lindh in unseemly ways even after Lindh’s case was finished. I will have more on West’s promotion, and what it means, shortly over at Rule of Law.
