Obama to America: I'm Perfect, Baby!

An old country song went like this:

Oh Lord it’s hard to be humble
When you’re perfect in every way
I can’t wait to look in the mirror
’Cos I get better lookin each day
To know me is to love me
I must be a hell of a man
Oh Lord it’s hard to be humble
But I’m doin’ the best that I can

Barack Obama must hear that song every time he surveys his days:

I guarantee it’s going to be a close election because the economy is not where it wants to be and even though I believe all the choices we’ve made have been the right ones, we’re still going through difficult circumstances.

“All of our choices have been the right ones.” Frittering away a year on ObamaCare while the economy burned — right choice! Putting a tax cheat atop Treasury, where he was clearly out of his depth — right choice! Hiring Van Jones and Anita Dunn and all those other radical czars — right, right, right!

He’s doin’ the best he can, and his best is off the charts! Right?

Didn’t the media routinely rip a previous president for refusing to admit any mistakes? Yeah, I don’t remember that either.
