"Do you know how educated I am?!"

Earlier I posted at Tatler how proud arrogance is the theme of this Obama Biden bumper sticker.   This woman might have the same bumper sticker on her car: 

Watch her arrogant response in the video.  She was told by a train conductor to stop talking loudly and using profanity.  A snooty screed follows captured on the video.  “Do you know how educated I am?” is one of the many gems.  She reminds me of someone, I just can’t quite place it.
