Change: Wasserman Schulz now brands Weiner "sordid" and "indefensible"

When the Weinergate first broke, Democratic National Committee chair Debbie Wasserman Schulz insisted, ad nauseum on television, that the online activities of pervy NY Congressman were “a personal matter.” No longer. It’s now a “sordid affair.”

Via MSNBC: Wasserman Schultz said Weiner’s behavior was “indefensible” and his role in Congress was “untenable.” The Florida congresswoman said “this sordid affair has become an unacceptable distraction” for everyone.

Personally, I don’t care if Weiner goes or stays – just as long as he’s banned from television.
