Mission creep: ICC issues warrant for Gaddafi's arrest

There is no question that Col. Daffy deserves arrest and prosecution. But so does Syria’s Assad, who is not only shooting at and shelling his own people, he is instigating violence against Israel to distract from his domestic brutality. Both Libya and Syria are sponsors of terrorism beyond their borders. So why Daffy and not the eye doctor?

The International Criminal Court has requested the arrest warrants of three top Libyan figures for crimes against humanity.

Along with Libyan leader Col Muammar Gaddafi, his son, Saif al-Isam, and brother-in-law, Abdullah Sanussi, head of Libya’s intelligence services, are accused.

Good luck enforcing this, at least without boots on the ground in Libya.
