Illegal ordered deported 10 years ago goes on killing spree

Jose Oswaldo Reyes Alfaro was ordered by federal immigration authorities to leave America 10 years ago, but he never left. Recently, he was arrested for allegedly murdering three people and injuring three more.

Alfaro will cost society millions more in court costs, legal fees, and incarceration. No doubt the reason he stayed is because his American three hots and a cot are an improvement over his prospects back home.

If you think there’s any recourse here, guess again. In DeShaney v. Winnebago, the Supreme Court ruled that government agencies aren’t obligated to provide the services we’re taxed for. But the federal government can sue Arizona for trying to do what the fed fails to do.
