For his departing flak’s last day on the job, he gave Bobby Gibbs his own tie back, along with some other useless brick-a-brack. And Obama had the stupid tie mounted, so Gibbs can’t even wear it now.
Update: Upon further review, this action doesn’t even qualify as a regifting. In a true regifting, you give me a gift, and I pass that gift along to someone else as if it’s my gift to them. But what Obama has done is return Gibbs’ own property to him, as a gift, and rendered unusable by having had it mounted in a box. That’s just being a cheapskate who is in love with himself.
