Earlier today I left the frozen wastes of central Texas to head for the more frozen, and infinitely more wasteful, nation’s capital to attend CPAC 2011. There are a bunch of us here, from both the PJM and PJTV sides of the house. So look for live coverage, live blogging, and more live stuff from us throughout the week.
