Where did Stuxnet come from (continued)?

Last week, the New York Times said the US and Israel were behind the Stuxnet virus that has disrupted the Iranian nuclear program. This week, from The Telegram, we hear that it is some major “Western” power (probably Britain) that did the important work that then was botched by the Israelis who were too technically backward to get it all right.

But wait, I’m confused. Didn’t I just read that biggest recent advance in PC technology – Intel’s next generation “Sandy Bridge” architecture that was on everyone’s lips at CES – was invented in Haifa? And just who did invent the atom bomb in the first place? Oppen…? Oppen…? I forget… Oh, well.
