Death threats and Nazi comparisons: the Bush era

Due to the recent hyperbolic escalation of the old argument about which side (left or right) uses the most violent and demeaning political language, I’ve been getting dozens of requests from bloggers asking for the URLs old my old zomblog posts from 2009 cataloguing unpunished death threats by leftists against George Bush, and also my compendium of Bush=Nazi imagery.
