Despite the best effort of the Joe Biden Democrats to ruin the freedom-loving vibe of real Americans, the United States Constitution is still standing strong.
Yeah, it's a little wobbly, but so far, so good.
Democrats haven't been shy about their desire to gut the Second Amendment. For years, they would at least pretend that they weren't a bunch of gun-grabbing lunatics. Like so many things since 2020, that's been tossed onto the "We Are Who You've Always Thought We Were" pile of facades.
In this episode, Kevin and I discuss the many executive actions and blue state gun bills that have been swatted away by judges in various courts throughout the land. The central theme is overreach. Second Amendment haters are so zealous that they keep coming up with laws that even liberal judges and courts can't sign off on.
We wandered off topic at the end and started arguing about stuff, which usually makes for good listening.
