This gets back to something that Trump should have done more in the first debate: talk about Hillary’s actual record at State, which is pretty dismal. Her supporters tell a great story, but it’s mostly fiction. How ridiculous was Kaine’s claim? Even the MSM fact-checkers weren’t buying it:
