Here the Timesonline informs us that the Iranians have begun to enrich uranium again; there the Associated Press informs us that’s not quite true. My guess is that neither is correct and that the Iranians have been enriching uranium all along. But I say that on no authority whatsoever other than common sense. Meanwhile, the game of the charades between the EU3 and Iran goes on. In the middle of it, Mohammed El Baradei, the world’s most ineffectual bureaucrat continues to play a role.
