… is on CBS tonight. I somehow doubt it, although I won’t be able to tell you. I never joined in the boycott of France, but… like a lot of people… I’m boycotting CBS until Dan Rather and all others responsible for the forged documents resign or are fired.
As for the exclusive, ABCNEWS is reporting that retired Col. Walter Staudt “[t]he man cited in media reports as having allegedly pressured others in the Texas Air National Guard to help George W. Bush … never sought special treatment for Bush.
It continues: “I never pressured anybody about George Bush because I had no reason to,” Staudt told ABC News in his first interview since the documents were made public.”
There’s plenty more at the link. I think we can say definitively… all together now… “Rather lied! CBS died!”
