Boris Wins! And so does London.

Good news for London! Its next mayor is not a left-wing lunatic! Congratulations to Boris Johnson. former editor of The Spectator, who just beat “Red Ken” Livingston in the race for mayor of London. Mr. Johnson is the first conservative mayor of London in 30 years and probably the first ever who is both a classical scholar and a passable double for Bertie Wooster.
