Trump Weighs In On Possible AOC Challenge to ‘Great Palestinian’ Schumer

As the Democrat Party continues to lurch ever farther to the left, some of its stalwart figures are on the verge of finally being put out to pasture. Nancy Pelosi (D-Newsom SSR) has already relinquished her leadership of the House Democrats, and at 85 years old, is not likely to be good for more than three or four more terms in the House. Okay, maybe five. And over in the Senate, although Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-Raw Cheeseburgers) is a relatively young and sprightly 74, he might be coming to the end of his long and illustrious reign of terror in the senior legislative chamber, where he has been working to destroy the American Dream since people were still worrying about Y2K.

Schumer could face a challenge from his own party, specifically from its growing socialist internationalist wing that is anxious to throw out the old guard and get the Cultural Revolution going in full swing. President Donald Trump had a few things to say about Schumer’s woes on Tuesday.

Trump once again needled Schumer as a “Palestinian,” as he has before. Schumer, Trump said in March, "is a Palestinian as far as I'm concerned. You know, he's become a Palestinian. He used to be Jewish. He's not Jewish anymore. He's a Palestinian."

The president’s epic trolling comes from the fact that Schumer, like the rest of the Democrat leadership, abandoned Israel in its hour of need after the Oct. 7, 2023 Hamas jihad massacre of 1,200 Israelis. The Biden regime, with Schumer’s wholehearted support, sent billions to the Islamic Republic of Iran, which pays for 93% of the budget of Hamas, and a billion and a half to Gaza (which meant to Hamas).

It also held up weapons shipments to Israel and stymied Israel’s war effort in practically every way short of denouncing the Jewish state in a meeting of the UN Security Council. Schumer had no problem with any of it, and the only person who dared to tweak him about his craven betrayal of Israel was Trump.

“I saw a Palestinian senator,” Trump said Tuesday, “his name is Schumer. He’s a great Palestinian. He’s become a Palestinian, he has abandoned the Jews.” Trump then shifted gears to lampoon Schumer’s response to the floods in Texas, saying: “This was Schumer, he goes, ‘Yeah, yeah, it’s Trump’s fault. That’s right, it’s Trump. I actually saw that stupid guy try and blame [the Texas flooding] on me, and I said, ‘Man, that’s a tough one to take.’ But his career is limited because I hear AOC is gonna beat him.”

Trump was referring, of course, to Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-Swizzle Stick), the rising wunderkind of the Democrat Party, who may challenge ol’ Chuck for his Senate seat in 2028, when Schumer will be 77 and just as white, male, and off-puttingly self-righteous as ever, while AOC will be 39, female, Hispanic, and socialist. Then there is the fact that while Schumer may vote like a Palestinian Arab, he is still Jewish and ostensibly pro-Israel. Pro-Israel Democrats are getting to be exceedingly thin on the ground, and Schumer may find that his increasingly antisemitic party is less and less welcoming.

Neither Schumer nor AOC has announced what they intend to do in 2028. Schumer could retire, and I’ve got a lovely bridge to sell you, too. AOC could indeed run for his seat, or decide to run for president instead. AOC already has a commanding lead over Schumer, with a recent poll giving her 54% to the forever senator’s 33%.

Another bad sign for the Chucky of the Senate was the Communist Zohran Mamdani’s crushing victory in the New York City mayoral race over another old New York leftist dinosaur, Andrew Cuomo. Mamdani, who is all but certain to be New York’s next mayor (and given his destructive policies, possibly its last), represents, along with AOC, the new crop of arrogant young socialists that is ready to step in and replace the Democrats’ old guard of arrogant old socialists.

And so Trump summed it up, saying of AOC: “And she’s no bargain, either, by the way.” Ain’t that the truth.
