She said, “President Trump is not a smart man.” This is an attack that has become a mantra for Democrats since he won the nomination — that he’s not a member of the intelligentsia. The funny thing about their anti-Twitter, pro-elitism message is that it may have helped him win the presidency. So Trump might not get a passing grade when it comes to speaking with multisyllabic words, or with regards to pettiness, but he got an A+ in campaign winning.
