Senator Martin Heinrich (D-NM) wasn’t content to let Attorney General Jeff Sessions preserve the president’s right to executive privilege; he told Sessions that he was “impeding this investigation.” And he impolitely reminded Sessions that “my understanding is that you took an oath, you raised your right hand here today and you said that you would solemnly swear tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.”
