President Trump just delivered what is probably the most pro-Second Amendment speech of any modern president to the National Rifle Association. He said, “The eight-year assault on your Second Amendment freedoms has come to a crashing end.” He expressed that he certainly believes our right to bear arms is a basic civil liberty that should be defended.
