What if the Negotiator-in-Chief Can't Get Healthcare Passed?

President Trump sold himself during the campaign as a leading negotiator who can make deals with the best of them. But it seems like he may have lost the battle when it comes to getting his signature healthcare bill passed. A reporter posed this question to White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer, “If this vote does go down, what does it say about that president? Is the president humbled by the process?”
