The top Border Patrol agent, Mark Morgan, says that many of our border protection resources are being used to care for unattended children and families. He says he has agents complaining about ordering baby powder and baby wipes, and that one agent even said he’s spending a lot of his time heating up burritos. Morgan admits that there is a humanitarian crisis on our borders, but says that his agents cannot be primarily responsible for the child and family care that’s necessary.
