Another Unarmed Black Man Shot by Police?!?

Terence Crutcher was an unarmed black man, pulled over on the side of the road by police in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The policewoman says Crutcher was behaving erratically, and that she thought he was reaching for a gun, so she shot and killed him. But on camera it seems like he had his hands up, and the police department has confirmed that he had no weapons. What do you think? Leave your comments below.
