WATCH: Woman Climbs Statue of Liberty, Forces Evacuation

The U.S. Parks Police had to evacuate Liberty Island on the 4th of July after a woman attempted to climb the Statue of Liberty. Video from the scene shows a woman perched on the base of the iconic statue.
