Clown Costume Sales Spike in Wake of Creepy Clown Epidemic

For the past couple of months, the nation has been seized by creepy clown sightings, but if you thought people would avoid dressing up as clowns this year because of all the bad publicity, think again. Retail chain Halloween Express says creepy clown costume sales are up 300 percent from last year, even though schools are actively discouraging kids from being clowns. According to store spokesman Brad Butler: “In the top 10, eight of them are ‘evil’ clown masks this season, whereas last year, five of the top 10 were ‘evil.'”

So don’t be surprised if a creepy clown darkens your doorstep this Halloween. And remember — Clown Lives Matter!
