Scandal-Disgraced Katie 'Throuple' Hill Hits CNN to Lecture About 'Integrity'

Not one month removed from resigning her seat in Congress due to a sex scandal, Katie Hill joined Chris Cuomo on CNN’s Cuomo Prime Time to talk about the need to “get people with actual integrity” in the Senate.

As with almost all present-day elected Democrats, the lack of self-awareness here is stunning. She also seems to be struggling with a basic lack of understanding of party politics, decrying Republicans who would support any president “who they feel benefits them politically.”

The implication here is that the Democrats on the Hill are pure of heart and motivated by the noblest of principles, while the Republicans are merely base political animals.

Worse than the fact that Hill even presumes to scold is that CNN is giving her the forum to do so. Cuomo actually fancies himself to be a journalist. Giving Katie Hill any kind of platform and making her seem like a serious voice from the Left is a bit tabloid-ish and seedy even by CNN’s now mostly-abandoned standards.

Second chances are fine, but the stench from Hill’s scandal is still wafting across the land. That she is already showing up as a talking head is proof that the mainstream media is trying to give credence to Hill’s “I’m the real victim here,” narrative.

It is also further solid proof that every production decision at CNN is driven by pure anti-Trump idealism.

If the fake news folks could be easily sued for journalistic malpractice, they’d all be lawyering up now.
