Trump: 'I Sort of Hope' Biden Wins the Democratic Nomination

President Trump said he “sort of” hopes former Vice President Joe Biden wins the Democratic nomination.

“Is there anything better than a Trump rally? What about a sleepy Joe Biden rally?” Trump asked the crowd at his rally in New Hampshire on Thursday evening.

“Boy, he’s made some beauties. I sort of hope it’s him. I don’t mind any of them. You’ve got Pocahontas. Pocahontas is rising. You’ve got Kamala. Kamala is falling. You’ve got Beto. Beto is like gone but we’ll see what happens,” he added as the crowd booed.

Trump continued, “Whoever it is. I don’t think that it matters. Whoever it is, different people, but I think sleepy Joe might be able to limp across the finish line.”

Trump told the crowd that he thinks “Keep America Great” is an appropriate 2020 campaign slogan because “socialists” in the Democratic Party “want to take it away.”
