Speaking at Netroots Nation, an event organized by far-left website Daily Kos, Democratic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar accused Americans of treating illegal aliens worse than dogs. What’s more, she said, they do so because they’re inherently and deeply racist.
“We live in a society,” Rep. Omar said, “and govern in a body that might value the life of a dog more than they value the life of a child who might not look like theirs.”

Together with Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rep. Omar is — by far — the most America-hating member of the U.S. House of Representatives. The hatred and disgust this woman feels for the nation that welcomed her when she had to flee from Somalia are truly palpable. Every single time she opens her mouth, she portrays Americans as racist egomaniacs who are literally willing to let children with a different skin color suffer.
It is utterly shameful and disgusting. If these words were spoken by one of the mad mullahs in Iran, well, that would be expected. But they’re coming from an elected representative of the people. A woman who owes everything she has, her entire life and career to the very same Americans she insults on a daily basis.
The good news? As some Twitter users correctly point out, Rep. Omar and Ocasio-Cortez are so radical and anti-American that they are ensuring President Trump’s reelection next year. The more they talk, the more that normal, common-sense voters will vote for the Republican ticket.
She & her party sure have a genius plan to win back millions of voters: just keep calling us all racist every day.
Dems showing broad contempt for Americans is such a stroke of electoral good fortune, that especially those of us who oppose Omar encourage her to keep talking.
