So far, World War Three hasn’t gone the way our moral, ethical, and intellectual betters on the left had hoped. They wanted Donald Trump to plunge America into a war with Iran, which would send their voters to the polls on Election Day because Democrats hate wars that aren’t waged by Democrat presidents. But now that the only casualties of WWIII have been Qasem Soleimani and the airliner full of civilians that Iran shot down, the left has been reduced to blubbering about how unfair it is that Trump killed a terrorist.
This just about sums it up:
Quote of the day so far, from a Dem member of Congress reacting to Iran’s limited strikes: “You need two crazy leaders to start a war, and fortunately, Iran doesn’t have one.”

It’s not enough to express the opinion that you think Trump made a mistake. You’ve got to assert that Trump is even crazier than the mullahs in Iran.
Sorry, but speaking as a cuck RINO traitor who probably wanted Hillary to win, I’ve never heard Trump say anything this bonkers:
Iranian Ayatollah Ahmad Alamolhoda: U.K. Ambassador Should Be Chopped into Pieces; Hundreds of Thousands of U.S. Soldiers Were Killed in Our Missile Attack; Iranians Who Refused to Step on Flags of Israel, U.S. Should Be Court-Martialed, Executed pic.twitter.com/38bp0ED6Gw

These are the guys I’m supposed to side with, or else I love the Bad Orange Man? I’m supposed to applaud this lunacy because it’s anti-Trump? I should blame Trump for these maniacs blowing up a passenger plane over their own airspace? I’m gonna say no, fellas. That doesn’t really work for me.
I mean, the Dems just blocked a vote to condemn Iran for shooting down that plane, and also for killing hundreds of protesters.
What a disappointment —Democrats just blocked a vote on a resolution supporting the Iranian protestors.
This is not the time for partisan politics. This should be a time for the US Congress to speak with one voice to condemn an Iranian regime that kills its own people.

They’re so blinded by partisanship that they can’t denounce true evil, because it would mean agreeing with the guy who kept Hillary out of the White House and keeps hurting their feelings with mean tweets.
You don’t have to like America’s leadership to hate Iran’s oppressive, terror-supporting government. If the Democrats are determined to turn this into Trump vs. Iran, I don’t think they’re going to like the political result.
But then… when have they lately?
