Boxes marked “provisional ballots” that were discovered in the back of an Avis rental car at the Fort Lauderdale Airport Sunday night contained blank ballots and other materials such as signs and parking cones, Broward County Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes told reporters Monday afternoon.
Thank you for following up, Tony. Every though marked ballots weren’t found inside the boxes per Sheriff’s office, it is downright nuts that blank ballots and other material from the Broward SOE is floating around in a rental car. https://t.co/nvauHnNG4z

The question of why blank ballots were floating around Broward County was left unanswered.
Blank ballots floating around in #Broward? Anyone could have found them, filled them out & produced them as official. This is absolutely unacceptable. https://t.co/R6lBs2Yp7s

The airport was shut down temporarily Sunday evening so the “suspicious boxes” could be investigated.

According to Richard DeNapoli, the Broward County GOP state committeeman, the Broward Sheriff’s Office at first “seemed uninterested in coming to pick up these ballot boxes.”

DeNapoli had rushed to the airport Sunday night after an Avis employee gave him a heads up about the boxes.

Independent journalist Laura Loomer suggested that the bomb scare was meant to divert attention away from the fact that a Democrat elections employee had left ballot boxes in a rental car at the airport.

It’s more likely, however, that law enforcement felt the need to inspect the boxes out of an abundance of caution, especially in light of the mass shooting at the Fort Lauderdale Airport in January 2017.
An Avis employee told Loomer that the car was last rented by an individual named Noah Holliman, a Democratic Broward County Supervisor of Elections employee.

Yes, there’s something extremely fishy about all this, but there’s no “evidence” of any Democrat wrongdoing outside of gross incompetence. So nothing to see here, I guess.
