During an appearance on Fox News’ America’s Newsroom Thursday morning, Former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani said that there is “one clear conclusion you can come to” regarding yesterday’s mass shooting in San Bernardino: it was an “act of terror” and anyone who can’t come to that conclusion “should do something else for a living than be in law enforcement.”

Despite multiple indicators pointing to Islamic terrorism, the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation has not yet labeled the shooting a “terrorist act,” although President Obama now says that it is “possible” it was terror-related.

Giuliani accepted that the shooter Syed Farook may have been spurred to leave the party after an argument, but this was “a premeditated act of terror.”

“If you can’t come to the conclusion at this point that this is an act of terror, you should find something else to do for a living than be in law enforcement,” Giuliani declared. “I mean — you’re a moron.”

“This is an act of terror, without any question,” said Giuliani. “Two assault weapons, two hand guns, booby-trapped home, body armor, a home that looks like they were preparing for war or some type of battle.  So, it was an act of terror.”

He  added that “there are a lot of suggestions that this was connected to their Islamic faith.”
