A Small Aircraft Crashed Into a Church Parking Lot in Minnesota

Luckily, there were no cars in the parking lot of the Resurrection Life Church in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, this morning. A small aircraft crash landed into that lot, and was able to avoid running into the church building. The pilot, however, lost his life. A lieutenant with the Eden Prairie Police Department said that it would be premature to speculate about the cause of the incident, or to identify the pilot who died. The officer said their medical examiner, and the FAA and NTSB, will be involved with the investigation in an ongoing capacity. Still, a sad morning for this church community!
