The Trans Movement Enables Sex Offenders

Many institutions, including public education, state and federal governments, and the military, are being destroyed from within by leftist ideology—particularly under the guise of LGBTQ inclusivity and transgender ideology, the latter being the most dangerous.

Why?

Last year, I wrote that woke ideology wants to normalize pedophilia, and that the transgender movement would be the catalyst for this cause

Under the guise of transgender rights, we’ve seen egregious assaults on parental rights and the normalization of pedophilia. But one other side effect of the transgender rights movement that can’t be ignored is the enabling of sexual predators.

There have  been countless stories of male rapists who claim to identify as women and are then allowed to be incarcerated in female prisons. For example, in 2022, a man claiming to be transgender was incarcerated in a women’s prison in New Jersey, where he ultimately impregnated two female inmates. Predators who claim to be women have even successfully sued to be placed in women’s prisons.

But, criminals aren’t just exploiting trans-friendly policies to get access to women in prisons. We’re seeing predators protected and enabled in the name of transgender inclusivity as well.

In 2021, a ninth-grade girl was raped in the girls’ restroom in Virginia’s Loudoun County, and the school board actively tried to cover it up because the assault was committed by a gender-fluid boy wearing a skirt. That same year a Los Angeles spa made headlines after a man walked into a women’s changing area, exposing himself to the women and young girls inside — under the complete protection of California law. Why? Because woke California recognizes “gender identity” no differently than biological sex. The man turned out to be a serial sex offender.

There’s no point in denying that predators know exactly what they are they doing. They are exploiting trans-friendly policies to gain access to private women-only spaces, and even claiming to identify as transgender to escape accountability.

In the United Kingdom, Kurtis Mawsona pedophile with a lengthy criminal record, was arrested after secretly filming women in a public restroom. When he was caught, he claimed to identify as a woman to order to avoid being arrested. He had a miniature camera on him, and child pornography was later found on his devices at his home.

"That thing only evil, nasty bigots claim happens, and that never, ever happens, has happened,” famed Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling said in a post on X/Twitter in response to the story. “Again."

Naturally, several pro-trans users claimed that because Mawson isn’t really a “trans woman” there really isn’t an issue here. But, as Rowling pointed out, "How do we safeguard women and children if the only way of weeding out ‘not really trans’ sex offenders is after they’ve committed crimes in single sex spaces?"

And that’s exactly the problem. Transgender ideology demands unwavering affirmation when someone claims an identity opposite of their biological sex. The prevailing narrative insists on an immediate acceptance, with any skepticism or inquiry being written off as bigotry, all in the name of inclusivity.

Curiously, there are some exceptions. When such a person is accused of sexual misconduct, the issue becomes far more nuanced in favor of the preferred narrative. Those advocating for women to lose the privacy and safety of sex-segregated spaces are enabling predators because they refuse to acknowledge the dangers of it.

Mawson’s attempt to claim he identified as a woman may not have worked, but, as Rowling pointed out, others have successfully used self-identification as a woman as a loophole to avoid accountability for their crimes.

Until trans activists acknowledge what’s happening, they are enabling sexual predators.
