ICE raids are a comin’

Some resistance clowns leaked to the WAIT FOR IT….WAIT…WAIT…The New York Times that the ICE raids that were canceled a few weeks ago will go forward on Sunday. Where are the arrests of all the people who are leaking to the corporate resistance media? I was told that there are investigations underway for the perpetrators within the Trump admin who are leaking information that is classified and/or life-threatening? Who knows what danger these ICE agents face if the criminal aliens decide to arm up and resist arrest, all of which will take place in public. What could go wrong?

Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents are preparing to conduct raids beginning Sunday to arrest thousands of illegal immigrants across the U.S. just weeks after President Trump announced that he was delaying the operation.

The ICE agents will target at least 2,000 immigrants whose deportations have already been ordered, a New York Times report said, citing one former and two current Department of Homeland Security officials.

Neither the White House nor ICE immediately responded to emails from Fox News seeking comment. An ICE spokesman declined to comment to the Times to ensure the safety of the department’s agents.

The Times press release also mentions that in addition to illegal immigrants who have deportation orders, there will also be “collateral” arrests of people in the vicinity who are here illegally.

Iranians try and hijack British tanker

These folks seem like a good gang with which to make a nuclear deal, amirite?

The United Kingdom flagged oil tanker British Heritage was in the eastern Persian Gulf on its way towards the Strait of Hormuz on Wednesday afternoon when it was approached by five small Iranian craft, said the two U.S. officials.

The Iranians radioed the British Heritage to change course and move towards Iranian territorial waters.

A British warship was nearby and intervened in the Iranian’s maneuver.

“We are aware of the reports of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corp Navy’s FAC/FIAC harassment and attempts to interfere with the passage of the U.K.-flagged merchant vessel British Heritage today near the Strait of Hormuz,” said Captain Bill Urban, a U.S. Central Command spokesperson.

“We refer you the U.K. Ministry of Defense for further information on this. Threats to international freedom of navigation require an international solution. The world economy depends on the free flow of commerce, and it is incumbent on all nations to protect and preserve this lynchpin of global prosperity,” Urban added.

The Pelosi-AOC slap fight continues

Who cares? I can’t be the only person sick of hearing how it’s sexist or racist to question lefty icons and social media political influencers. They should stop with the name-calling and come right out say the new political paradigm is unquestioned strict obedience. When the chosen people spit out their political proclamations, just shut up and swallow it. Otherwise: racist, bigot, homophobe, sexist. AOC is trying out this tactic on Speaker of the House Pelosi.

Not that the media ever does its job, but why aren’t they questioning all the Democrats asking if they think Pelosi is targeting “women of color”? If the shoe were on the other foot, and it has been, this would most certainly have happened already. Remember how every single Republican was held responsible and questioned about Todd Akin’s rape comments? Yeah, good times.

“When these comments first started, I kind of thought that she was keeping the progressive flank at more of an arm’s distance in order to protect more moderate members, which I understood. But the persistent singling out … it got to a point where it was just outright disrespectful … the explicit singling out of newly elected women of color,” AOC told The Post.

AOC was responding to Pelosi’s statement: “All these people have their public whatever and their Twitter world, but they didn’t have any following,” Pelosi said to The Times’ Maureen Dowd. “They’re four people and that’s how many votes they got.”

Pelosi is right. I can’t believe I just typed that. It’s easy to pretend the Twitter world and the Instagram worlds are real, but it’s not and the audiences for those outlets do not represent the general public or likely voters.  Pelosi held her ground against AOC on Wednesday when she said, “I have no regrets about anything” referring to her remarks. In a closed-door House Democrat struggle session Pelosi suggested members come to her with problems rather than social media. “So, again, you got a complaint? You come and talk to me about it,” she told Democrats, according to Politico. “But do not tweet about our members and expect us to think that that is just OK.”

Again, Pelosi is right but these SJW millennial can’t process anything that doesn’t take place on the social media stage. They are compulsive exhibitionists, I mean what’s the point of being virtuous if you can’t show it off to everyone?
