Good Election Day Morning.
Here is what’s on the president’s agenda today:
- No public events
What is going to happen today?!?
It’s going to be a long night, so buckle up. I get up very early to write the Briefing, so I might fall asleep at 7 p.m. or I might just stay up all night if it looks like an exciting night. Usually, I watch Fox News, but if it looks like the Dems are doing poorly, I will turn over to CNN and enjoy their anguish. Do you have any plans?
The New York Post has a handy guide: An hour-by-hour guide on what to expect as Election Day unfolds.
Facebook is doing its part for the election by deleting a bunch of accounts that may be controlled by a foreign entity. “As part of our efforts to prevent interference on Facebook during elections, we are in regular contact with law enforcement, outside experts and other companies around the world,” Facebook’s head of security Nathaniel Gleicher said in a press release. Great. Glad to know that danger has been handled.
Over in Michigan I ask my readers, “What media bias?” A reporter in Michigan called and left a voicemail for GOP Senate candidate John James and thought she had hung up the phone when the voicemail recorded her saying “fucking John James … that would suck.” She’s been fired. “I have listened to the voicemail left by Brenda Battel to Mr. James’ campaign, and find no reason to defend this behavior,” Huron Daily Tribune editor Kate Hessling said in a statement. “Brenda Battel’s employment has been immediately terminated.” Now, James is black, and if he had been a Democrat, this woman would have to go into hiding or leave the country after the SJWs got done with her. We’d be talking about it and university classes would be designed around this hate incident. Alas.

Everyone pulls Trump’s “racist” ad
So this ad is racist according to the media elite and they all decided not to run it.
NBC, Fox and Facebook all said Monday they were pulling an immigration-related ad from President Donald Trump’s reelection campaign that CNN had previously called “racist” and declined to run.
The ad ties thousands of migrants fleeing violence in Central America to Luis Bracamontes, an undocumented immigrant who was convicted of killing two Sacramento sheriff’s deputies in 2014. It was released as Trump continues to express frustration over a “caravan” of Central American migrants heading toward the United States to seek asylum.
NBC ran the ad during Sunday football, but quickly yanked it. “After further review we recognize the insensitive nature of the ad and have decided to cease airing it across our properties as soon as possible,” an NBC Universal spokesperson said Monday.
Oh here’s the ad:
CNN refused to run this ad… I guess they only run fake news and won’t talk about real threats that don’t suit their agenda. Enjoy. Remember this on Tuesday. #vote #voterepublican pic.twitter.com/VyMm7GhPLX

And Trump responded when asked about the ad:
Trump told me he didn’t know TV networks had pulled his immigration ad that many critics viewed as racist. Said his ads “were effective.” I asked why he liked the ad when many felt it was offensive. “A lot of things are offensive. Your questions are offensive,” he said.

Do you think the ad is racist? Let me know in the comments.
Nielsen says there are Middle Easterners in the caravan
Weren’t we told there were no Middle Easterners in the caravan and how dare we say otherwise? The Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen says there are, in fact, folks from the Middle East in this caravan of refugees.
“We absolutely see people from the Middle East, from southeast Asia, from other parts of the world — not just from Central America,” Nielsen told Fox News, “we don’t always know exactly who they are.”
“What I can tell you is we stopped 3,000 people last year at the southwest border who had patterns of travel similar to a terrorist,” Nielsen said. “We call them special interest aliens.”
“We are hearing from our partners in the region — in Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador, in Mexico — that they have some concern with respect to the timing and the particular organization of these caravans,” she said. “They’re not organic if you will. They’re definitely organized or financed.”
Latin America specialist Joseph Humire, who was on the ground with Guatemalan intelligence, had this to say: “What I learned from Central American intelligence is that there were at least 132 individuals that came from other parts of the world not from Latin America.”
My, my, my.
