Expect Obama to Move Fast on FCC Transformation

The President-elect has promised change in Washington and the Federal Communications Commission may see the most rapid change of all.  The transition at the commission is expected to be quick and decisive, as the new president will have the opportunity to remake the FCC with at least two and possibly three new appointments.
